WL-UG39DK4 loses connection to Asus VZ249 display

Hello,

I have bought a WavLink WL-UG39DK4 docking station, and am experiencing video freezes with it.

I am using it with an Acer Aspire ES-15 laptop running Windows 10 and an Asus VZ249 HDMI monitor.

I have looked at the tips at https://support.displaylink.com/know...load%20section and have tried capturing logs.

When the external monitor looses connection, then I often get a freeze on my Acer laptop screen.

I have it set-up to duplicate the screen.

I have captured some screen shots and logs, see attached.

Any suggestions please?
