Display link only connect to 1 screen at a time: MacBook Pro M1 13” 2020

I am using the MacBook Pro M1 13” 2020, I have 2 LG ultrafine monitors. Display link can only pick up 1 screen at a time, when I disconnect the docking station thunderbolt USB-C cable, either 1 or the other monitor works. Both monitors are connecting and working but just not at the same time.

MacBook Pro M1 13” 2020
Sequoia 15.3
DisplayLink Manager 1.11.0
Plugable Thunderbolt 4 and USB4 HDMI Docking Station
LG Ultrafine 4K 23.7” monitor
LG Ultrafine 5K 27” monitor

How can I resolve this?
