Default Second display isn't detected on Windows

Hi all,

I have 2 displays connected with Totu tt-dc002a dock station (Displaylink based). Displays are:
1. Acer ET322QU (WQXGA 2566x1600), connected via HDMI
2. Gigabyte G27M (same WQXGA) connected via Displayport

There are 2 laptops which change each other regularly connected to this setup cia Thunderbolt cable:
1. Dell XPS 15 9570 (Intel CPU, Video: Intel UHD 640 + Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050Ti)
2. Macbook Pro M1 2021

Mac works perfectly with Displaylink drivers installed. This means I have almost never had any issues with display detecting (in worst case unplug/plug USB cable helps).
Windows is worse. Before last 2 days it regularly had issues with detecting the Gigabyte (connected with Displayport), but always eventually detected it after 3-5 cable unplug/plug trick, reboots or reinstall Displaylink software. Recently it starts not detecting it permanently. I did all the stuff 20+ times (reboot with cable attached, w/ no cable reboot the dock, the display (all of them) etc.) I've reinstalled Displaylink software several rtimes, updated Nvidia drivers (and all possible laptop drivers) - nothing helps. There were not any changes in OS/hardware between working and non-working state. Just in case I checked with Mac again - it still works (so most likely not a hardware issue). Is there anything else I can try before something extreme (like Windows reinstall etc.)?
