I was able to get it to work after updating all the windows updates.

it's not working again today. I ran out of solution and will have to wait for the final release.

I found a temporarily solution which works for me.
windows 7 64bit display resolution in 1280x720 right click on My Computer then properties click on "Windows Experience Index" then Re-Run the assessment. After it is finish running, I was able to load up the powerpoint with no problem. I have to do this every time i reboot my machine. |

I am having the same sort of issue with the display link usb adapter. I have loaded all the windows updates and the latest 5.6 display link driver. Is there any way to solve this.

Hi mark8385,
The PowerPoint issue has been fixed and should not occur with 5.6 driver. Please download the Windows DisplayLink debug tool from this website, then gather the system information and upload the zip file to this thread. (delete memory.dmp file if the zip file is too large to upload). This would give us more information as to what might be wrong. Thanks |
