These logs are from v5.2 software run in January 2011. They are not v5.6 which should solve the freezing.

Can you install v5.6 and see if this solves it?

Unhappy I have the same problem

My DisplayLink device (Asus Universal Docking Station) freezes about one or two times a day on my Windows 7 Professional 64-bit system. The only thing that seems to fix it is to disconnect both the docks power and usb connection. I've attached the zip-file created by the Support Tool, excluding the "Memory.dmp" file due to its size. Any idea about what is wrong?

5.6 driver has resolved these problems. I thank you for your time

Using Windows Aero resolved this problem for me thanx Had changed my settings for high performance.

Sound is not coming through tv but laptop. Not a big problem as using external speakers anyway...
