W7 64 bit - Install problems.

1st install and others install don't give me the oportunity to enter a password.
I unistall from windows, classic uninstal, with a special program take it from the help faq section, also I tried with net start and stop and I did not see the icon in notification tray, neither at the first or other attepts to install the program on windows s.o.
I do not have problems unistalling the program, but after a few attepts (install unistall) I was thinking about some process maybe was still alive and maybe that was my problem, but it wasn't. I verify with ctrl alt delete. Nothing.

Any answer is welcome and I will try to reinstal, if I have anothers options...or re-try others methods.
