I think may problem is the software,
it always asks me to restart the computer directly after rebooting. I used the newest version of the download section. I cant see any icon or whatever of the software. The third monitor is shown in the settings, nevertheless i can´t scale it above 1024 x 768. Furtheron the monitor does not work.
