The model of the adaptor from HP is NL571AA and the information from the HP site states that the maximum resolition is 1920 x 1080 widescreen and 1600 x 1200 traditional

In addition the machine that I am using is a HP Compaq 6200 Pro Workstation i3-2100 processor and 12g ram.

Attaches are the latest configeration report.

If this is incorrect information please let me know so I can just purchase another product and not try to get any support from HP on this issue.
