We most certainly do support Windows XP and still fix bugs found with it. However there are no plans for any new major features on Windows XP, eg supporting HW acceleration in hardware, rather than software rendering. Our development focus is now on Windows 7 and Windows 8.

Thanks for the clarification.
thats what i had thought. its just not fun to see such a large issue with a product on a current OS, and have it not worked on as you can imagine.... unfortunately we are seeing the same thing with other companies over issues with XP drivers. I get that there has to be a cut off, however some places such as us, have large XP environments still which rely on driver support. thanks for your clarification and time!! |

The problem is still happening in Win 7 so upgrading from XP wouldn't resolve your issue.

The PowerPoint rendering issues in windows 7 in basic themes should be fixed in the latest v6.3 release.
