It looks like there is a primary display driver missing as it's using the default Microsoft driver in the system details.txt:
Graphics: Microsoft Basic Display Driver ((Standard display types)) Graphics Driver: Dated 0 That doesn't look right. Do you have all the latest graphics card drivers installed? Wim |

i installed latest nvidia as seen here: http://screencast.com/t/0aBcuJii
then it extended, but then i restarted the computer and it now goes to black again? please help... Last edited by map; 02-28-2013 at 05:39 AM. |

attached are new files after nvidia driver install...
Pass: Basic mode support Pass: Device attached Pass: Device started correctly Pass: Graphics driver date Pass: WEI is above recommended 3 Pass: No Other USB graphics software installed |

how does it go from working on extending after nvidia driver install and then BACK to black screen after restart? |

The primary graphics drivers still look strange on this machine. In the system details.txt I see:
