You need do the same thing on your other dock - connect it to a system with the R7.2M1 software installed. Thanks, James |

Is connecting the dock to a laptop with 7.2M1 sufficient? Or do I need to uninstall/reinstall the 7.2M1 driver package in order for the firmware upgrade to happen?

Yes just connecting to a laptop with the DisplayLink 7.2M1 software already installed is sufficient. Thanks, James |
