Come on, guys... What kind of support is this???
It's been weeks since I've uploaded the log files and I did not even get a "we're looking into this - nothing!!". I'm afraid, if I have to wait much longer I'm gonna return the device and say bye bye to displaylink... |

I'm not complain about support any more... It's a shame... Well anyway, if somebody is going to help me...
I tried the 8.1 preview drivers and they are behaving far worse than the 7.21 with mouse freezing fix. 7.21 mouse freezing gives me 5 minutes without distortions, 8.1 about 15 seconds... Does that help? Thanks |

Sorry for the delay in replying. This sounds like an electrical fault with the adapter. Do you get this issue with the other monitor in your setup? If so please arrange for a replacement. Thanks, James |

Hello and THANK YOU for replying!
So it seems that the log-files were okay after all? Well, same thing happens with the other 27" monitor... Distortions after some minutes with 7.21 freezing fix. But how can it be, that the old drivers can give me a clear image like 10 times longer? Doesn't that sound like a software-related issue? Last edited by bugmenot; 06-27-2013 at 07:44 AM. |
