I bought it about five years ago so I can't return it.
Also it works without any problem when connected via D-SUB.

Is there a device that you guys recommend that works for multiple monitors? I've waited long enough. Thank you

If you have a desktop, I recommend using two or more graphics cards that support 3 or more monitors. And, if you're going to buy a laptop, buy one that has a Thunderbolt port.
