Problem on Dell Laptop

Hi,

It looks like there was an issue with the uninstall - reinstall.

Please try these steps:
1. Disconnect the DisplayLink device
2. Uninstall the DisplayLink software
3. Download and run the cleaner tool from here:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297
4. Install the DisplayLink software
5. Connect the DisplayLink device
