Asus Varidrive with Asus Zenbook Touch UX31A Display issue

Hi,

Asus are now aware of this issue which is that the serial number is not programmed on your docks. As a result the device is coming up in a test mode hence the white and black pattern.

Please return these docks to Asus for a replacement stating that the serial number has not been programmed.
