Hi,
Thanks for the info. Since posting have you rebooted the notebook? I ask as the last thing mentioned in the installer log is that a reboot is required. If that doesn't help, please run through these steps to help diagnose the issue: 1. Disconnect the adapter 2. Uninstall the DisplayLink software 3. Download and run the Cleaner tool from here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297 4. Install 7.4 M0 from here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php 5.
