Hi,

What monitor(s) do you have attached? For some reason they have not
been detected.

Can you try power cycling the dock?

- Unplug dock from notebook
- Unplug dock from mains
- Reconnect dock to mains
- Reconnect dock to notebook

Thanks
James

Hey James,

I have conneted a Syncmaster 2770HD from Samsung.
Could there maybe also be a problem with already pre installed drivers from asus?

Hi,

Thanks for the info.

Did power cycling the dock help?

I'll take a look at the logs.

Thanks,
James

Hi,

I tryed the recycling. But it did not work.

The thing is also, that it is not only the monitor which is not working. It is also the sound which is not working from the docking station.

Only the usb slots are working.

Btw, can i check somehow if the station is getting power? maybe the transformator is broken or smth.

greets

Bartilo

Hi,

Can you try connecting the monitor to the other ports on the dock?

Thanks,
James
