I have the C2G model# 30546 DVI to USB adapter with the DisplayLink 2.1 driver running Mavericks and using a 23" Cinema HD Display. I get not image on the monitor but 3 short flashes in the power light (Apple code for "The display is detecting wrong video format or an unsupported resolution.").
The adapter works with a 17" Samsung monitor that I tested with. I get 1920x1200 in my display preferences but apparently the connection is not being made. ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED. Thank you. |

Can you please collect the logs with the tool in http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
We can check the timings in the logs. Cheers, Carlo Last edited by Wim; 11-20-2013 at 02:52 PM. Reason: Fixed link |

Sorry, I don't see any tools you mentioned. Your link directs me to http://www.displaylink.com/support/knowledgebase.php where I don't see what you refer to.
Have you guys done any testing with the 23" Cinema Display HD? Last edited by doc50; 11-16-2013 at 08:32 PM. |

Here is a screen shot of my system prefs and a zip file with the logs you requested. Again, this is on a 17" MacBook Pro 2.2 ghz quad core and the monitor I am trying to attach is a 23" Cinema Display. I am using the C2G model #30546 usb to DVI connector with the displaylink 2.1 driver. Thanks for any insight. DOC |
