ACP70EU & WYSE Thin Device - disconnecting

We have random issues (over 1000 devices) where USB devices are being dropped and reconnected. We have a WYSE D90D8 (running Windows 8 Embedded Standard) connected to a Targus ACP70EU via a USB switch. We have connected duel screens, keyboard and mouse to the Targus device. We are experiencing issues where the USB attached devices are being disconnected and re-connected, generally after an cold restart. An error message appears in the system event log after each disconnect "Event ID 4 - usbehci - A timeout occurred while waiting for the EHCI host controller Interrupt on Async Advance Doorbell response." IN addition the screens when connected are re-sized to the top left of the screen in ~3rd of the screen.
I have attached the suppoort tool debug information.
