Windows 8 issues - USB display adapter

DisplayLink UI

I get all 3 UV39+ devices recognized, but I cannot get Displaylink ui to show on task bar (or anywhere else for that matter)

Windows 8.1

Shot of my control panel and Displaylink support toll file attached.

Help please.
