Black Screen on New computer

Hi,

I can't see anything obvious in the logs either.

Are you able to try other video cables?

If you swap the monitor that is directly attached to your PC with the one that is connected to your USB adapter to you still get a blank screen?

When you get the blank screen is the monitor displaying an amber or blue/green LED?
