Hi,
Thanks for the support tool output. Did the windows updates sort out the BSOD and flickering issues? What is the current issue you are facing? Thanks, James |

See the subject.
Got a new laptop for work and my extended display and laptop both flash off and on within 15-30 after plugging in the stand alone monitor. Here is the log file if anyone can help. Any help is appreciated because I just bought this monitor a couple of months ago to take when I travel for work. Sincerely, Chad |

Hi,
Can you install the latest USB host controller driver from Intel? You can find it here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Det...ng&ProdId=3467 It's also worth installing the latest Intel graphics driver for your notebook which you can find here: http://h20566.www2.hp.com/hpsc/swd/p...&swEnvOid=4059 Thanks, James |

I'm having the same problem. The monitor works for a few minutes then flickers on and off as though it may not be drawing enough power or something else.
