But i am unable to produce any picture on the second screen, I am also unable to use the displaylink software. It is running in the background as a service, and everything looks fine in regards to the debugging list. The adapter is listed in the device manager, so it should be recognize by the computer. I do not get the system tray icon displayed either.

Hi,

When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below.

From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool.
