Hi,
Can you attach the output of this tool? http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 When you reply please select "Manage Attachments" from the "Additional Options" section below. From there select Upload and navigate to the output of the tool. Regarding the crash - do you get a blue screen of death? Thanks, James |

Ok. We will download the tool. We get the typical Windows 8 blue screen message with the watchdog generic error. I can attach if needed.

Hi,
I've just noticed a similar issue posted elsewhere which is fixed in v7.6. Can you try this release? You can find it here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=116 If that doesn't help then please attach the logs and I'll look into your issue. Thanks, James |

Ok. Sorry, just saw the link to try 7.6. Here is the log anyway. If we have an issue with 7.6 then we will upload that log too.
