Hi,
Two things to check: You have a user account on the computer with an Administrator account type. In the registry, the Administrators group has "Full Control" permissions on the DisplayLinkGA sub-key. To check this select Run, enter regedit.exe, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\servic es\DisplayLinkGA and right click on the "DisplayLinkGA" and if present "Device1" keys. For both of these keys select "Permissions" from the resulting menu, select the "Administrators" group and make sure "Full Control" is allowed. Thanks, James |
