It doesn't show up in Programs and Features as it did before so I don't think that it has installed correctly.

Hi,
OK, please try these steps: 1. Disconnect any connected Dynadocks or Lenovo USB Monitors 2. Download and run the cleaner tool from here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297 3. Install 7.6 M1 from here: http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php 4. Connect any Dynadocks or Lenovo USB Monitors Let me know how you get on. Thanks, James |

Sorry but the same as before, the warning message about a corrupted configuration file and DisplayLink doesn't appear in loaded programs.

Hi James,
Have you got any other suggestions for this? After I ran the cleaner I noticed C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\AppInstaller\DisplayLinkCore_7.2.47873.0. dat was still present so I tried deleting this but still got the same message. It is looking like i'm going t have to biff all of my devices which is a real pain. Cheerio Nick |

James are you going to be able to help me solve this or am I faced with either getting rid of all of my Displaylink devices or re-installing Windows (neither of which are particularly palatable to me)?
