***SOLVED!*** - bad VGA-DMI adaptor
Hi - thanks for looking into the logs for me.
You are 100% correct - it was a bad vga to DVI adaptor. I swapped it out for another one and it works beautifully... Thanks for looking and wow - 3 monitors is amazing - I'll be buying a few more of these I think
