Hi,
This could be power related. Please check you have both ends of the USB 'Y' cable connected to to USB ports on your notebook. If that doesn't help the please ensure your have 7.6 M2 software installed: http://www.displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=124 Thanks, James |
