Hi,
Do you have a USB 'Y' cable you can try? A lack of power from the PC might trigger this. Alternatively try connecting the monitor to an external mains powered USB hub and then connect the hub to your PC. Let me know how you get on. Thanks, James |

Tried with a powered USB hub and it still doesn't work. I also tried it on a friend's laptop with the same problem. Do you have any other ideas? If not, I will return the monitor. Thank you for the help!
