Any joy with the log files. The problem is still here. The display just goes black randomly every few minutes. I am going to have to scrap this display link adapter soon and try to get it working some other way.

Thnaks

The logs don't show anything immediately.

I wonder if this is a USB 3.0 issue. Do you have a USB 2.0 port to try it on and see if you have the same issue?

Thanks
Wim

Hi Wim,

It was already plugged into a USB2 port. I have now tried a USB3 port, but results are still the same.

Thanks again for your help. I have now had to unplug this adapter as the problem is so bad it is unusable. Hopefully I can reconnect it if we find a solution.
