Still not working -- display doesn't light up at all now
I had uninstalled the software after previous attempts. Now that I have reinstalled it, I can't get the display to light up over any USB cable. I've attached the logs from recent attempts to uninstall/reinstall the software. The current behavior when I try to reinstall the software is that it goes through the install, apparently gets an error, and then rewinds the installation. Please let me know if you have an idea of how to make this work.
In answer to your question, only the display stops working (or in this case, refuses to work.) The network and USB 2.0 and 3.0 devices work without problem. Thanks, Michael Last edited by mhooning; 02-12-2015 at 07:04 PM. |
