It should be possible to change the MTU, as this is not a driver specific setting. This guide should help:

Ok, so the answer is, you can adjust the regular MTU, up to 1500 bytes in Windows. Jumbo frames (MTU up to 9000) is not supported. I'll have to find another Ethernet adapter then. Thanks.
