The update seems to be working on the first pc, but can you look at the other pc? it still have issues, even though it is updated.

Hi,
From the logs I'm seeing USB connection errors. Can you try: 1. Swapping the USB cable 2. A different USB port on the PC 3. A different dock/adapter on the PC (if you have one) Thanks, James |

We tried the entire combination, new port, and new dock (incl. new cable), and still not working. I have attached the result. |

Hi James,
It still isn't working. I have attached a new log file, i have installed both pieces of software. UPDATE - we have 2 different kind of docks The problem occurs with "kensington universal notebook dockingstation modelnr: M01065" It works on "targus USB 3.0 dual video dockingstation ACP70EU" Do you have any other suggestions? |
