That looks like a faulty device, unless it is outputting a resolution that is not supported by the TV. Can you try another display?

Hi Wim,

Thanks for your reply.

Have tried with another (LG) TV and seeing pretty much the same so yup, am guessing a faulty unit. Can I get a replacement direct from DisplayLink or do I need to go back to where I bought it from?

It needs to be returned to the manufacturer or the vendor. DisplayLink do not supply any end user products, only the chip in the device to manufacturers.
