It is indeed installed.

sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r)

However, there is no Kbuild file:

/lib/modules/3.16.0-4-amd64/build# ls
arch  include  Makefile  Module.symvers  scripts

Do you know of some alternative I can create a symbolic link to?
