Monitor not visible after disabling - Win 10

Hi,

When you disable a screen through the Windows 10 Display Settings you'll need to enable it through the older Windows 8 style display settings. You can locate these by following these steps:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Select Appearance and Personalization
3. Select Display
4. Select Adjust Resolution

Once this is open, select the disabled display and select Extend these displays then Apply.
