Ethernet problem with Win10 on Startech docking station

Windows says there is no Ethernet cable detected... but when i put the same cable into another laptop with an ethernet plug, it works fine...

The problem is really on the docking station...

Hi,

I'd suggest reaching out to the manufacturer for a replacement unit.
