Hello,
For a reason probably known to Windows only, your screen is using an old driver (7.7). There is a collection of errors in your logs which could come from the mismatch. Can you please try the End User Cleaner before reinstalling the 7.9M3? Please note that as the graphics drivers are used during Windows startup you unfortunately _must_ reboot after the removal and once again after the fresh installation for the drivers to be running. Disconnect your monitor before running the cleaner and only reconnect it once the installer asks you to so Windows doesn't fetch older drivers from Windows Update. If the issue persists after the fresh install, would you please create new logs? Kind regards, Alban
