Hello Pejpr,

That was a major Windows update, similar to what was used to be called a "service pack". It may have corrupted your installation.

Please try the end user cleaner and a fresh install.
As graphics drivers are used during Windows startup, you must reboot after the removal and once again after the fresh install for your drivers to work correctly.
If this doesn't solve it, the next step will be looking at the log files.

Kind regards,
Alban

Hello again,

so for sure I've done the steps that you recommended me again: uninstall via tool, restart, install new driver 7.9M3 and while installation when I have to connect DisplayLink I heard twice sound of adding new device and I saw quick blink tray icon (appear and immediately disappear) than in Finishing point of installation wizard I heard sound of disconnecting of device. I restared again after installation and no tray icon and no another monitor in list :-(

I suppose you need some logs from me, right? I found some folder in C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug - there are logs what you need?

Thank you for reply and your helping :-)

Problem was PID = 8060. This shows an adapter issue. Check the Product ID of the DisplayLink device
