Cant enable more than 8 monitors in Windows 8

Yes. I tried to set less resolutuon. Not work.
Tried connect one by one.
Tried use other programs to swtch on 9 and 10 monitor - not helped.

Now i have 2 paths :
1. change graphic card
2. change OS. (now win 7, i want to try 8 or windows 10)

Even with the full desktop below 4000x4000?
