Hi James,

Both devices have this code "Y-3702" on it which have some hits but mostly another vendor.

Anker's main site isn't a good source for links. I can't find a product page and the support for the device just has a picture then a link for the driver binary. No link to help. Here are alternatives.

I had thought I had posted a reply but seems I need to redo it.
The product name is "Anker Uspeed USB 3.0 to HDMI / DVI Adapter"

Anker's web site does not have a link I can provide you. What I can provide is a link from Amazon www.amazon.com/dp/B007KI8IMW/

Both adapter have the following code on them which also has hits when searching. Y-3702.

Anker's site only gives a link for the binary drivers and I can't find a product page anymore.
