Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub stopped working on Windows 10

The chip we make is connected to that USB hub like any other device by the designer/manufacturer of the docking station. So if it doesn't work, it's normal you don't get DisplayLink device at all. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer, HP, for hardware support.
