I have the right headers, indeed (kernel 4.6.0-040600-generic )

I have also the most recent GCC -> 4.9

If I try

sudo apt-get install gcc-4.9
I get

gcc-4.9-base is already the newest version.
Looks like in the error log it's using gcc 4.8, I might need to update the alternatives, let me try that.

do I maybe need gcc 5?
