Hi Diab,

Generally with these monitors, the issues reported are power related.
Would you have an externally powered USB hub to try it through?
Wasn't the monitor supplied with a special USB Y-cable to get power from two USB ports?

1,2. Some manufacturers add a logo in their monitors which is displayed when the monitor boots up.
The fact everything goes down and then goes back up like you describe makes me believe the monitor is short of power... So it works mostly when it doesn't have much to do, and then fails as the demand increases or the port current delivered slightly decreases over time.
