Thank you. Still missing the files... Frustrating!
Do you know how to stop a service and zip files? If so, please STOP the DisplayLink Manager service. Then go to C:\Program Files\DisplayLink Core Software\Debug and collect all the files. If you don't, I can explain! I don't know why we don't get any file with the tool.
