Mouse Lag on attached screen in macOS Sierra

Yeah, I'm still seeing performance problems in the first public preview as well, but I realize that may still be expected

. It's almost exclusively mouse lag for me, though I did see some video playback stuttering too.

I did encounter this when I was on the El Capitan previews too so I do expect it somewhat, just keeping the data flowing

. The lag was not present in the final release of El Capitan though.
