Thank you for the descriptions along with the logs.
When the logs were gathered, the network cable is not detected as plugged in. You can see in Network_Statistics.txt Ethernet adapter Ethernet 11: Media State . . . . . . . . . . . : Media disconnected Connection-specific DNS Suffix . : xxxx Description . . . . . . . . . . . : USB Giga-Ethernet The cable detection is not done by the host driver, but the hardware in the dock. Therefore after you have checked with another Ethernet cable in another Ethernet socket, I would advise you contact the manufacturer, Anker, for hardware support. Kind regards, Alban
