Hello HoolioG,

Our technology is not in the USB hub powering docking stations. Our technology is a chip also attached to the dock internal USB hub, like your keyboard.
Therefore, our chip and its drivers do not control the USB traffic between the computer and the other peripherals connected to the dock.
That's why removing the drivers and putting them again doesn't have any influence: it only affects the audio, video and Ethernet on products using our technology for these.

Because we don't see that communication between the keyboard and computer, I would recommend you follow up with the dock manufacturer, Toshiba, so they can help you on what else they implemented in that dock.
