hi,

i have the same problem after the Windows 10 Anniversary update, the monitor is still black, mouse and keyboard are working. Before the update all works fine.

I tried also, the 8.0M2 driver, but no effect.
Hardware ID from my HP device: USB\VID_17E9&PID_01D4

In attach you can find the log file, created by DisplayLink Windows Support Tool.

thanks in advance,
br

Hi Kenny,
Your computer is not using 8.0 M2 but 8.0 M0. Please update so you get the device driver at 8.0.762.0 in device manager. The update will be forced in about 2 weeks once the critical update has been vetted by Microsoft.
Kind regards,
Alban

ok, strange, i thought its installed, because i execute the driver installer...

I installed it now manually over the device manager, but also with this version 8.0M2 it doesn`t work in attach you can find the log ...

Some other ideas, what i can try, is there already a new driver (M3 beta?)?

br, kenny

Hi,
I have the same hardware ID 179&PID_01D4. Did the new M3 driver work for you?

Thanks for any feedback.
