Hello,

It will work. This type of setup is part of our tests. I used the Dell D3100 with a Lenovo USB monitor connected to it for about 8 months before going to the next generation product.
Only one driver is necessary, which allows to mix and match products and brands based on DisplayLink technology.
You can take the latest driver from our download area: http://www.displaylink.com/downloads

On Windows 10 v1607+, the autorotation and brightness control are not currently working with the Asus MB169B+. I have engineers looking at how we can make the brightness control through ScreenBright app in the short term, before we restore the use of the buttons on the monitor which requires extensive work.

Our driver does not have a hard coded limit. Look at the slightly over-the-top demo Plugable did in 2014: "14 Monitors on a Single Windows 8 PC with USB Graphics Adapters"
Last month, I had a tech support question from a bank trader: I have 16 monitors through DisplayLink technology, can I add a 17th?

Kind regards,
Alban
